PURPOSE:A remedy for ischemic cardiopathy that contains benzothiazolylpyridine having phosphinylmethyl group, thus having remarkable activity of coronary vasodilation, lowering the work load of heart, further being low toxicity and effective on stenocardia, cardiac infarction, etc. CONSTITUTION:2-(Benzothiozol-2-y1)-5-diethoxyphosphinylmethylpyridine of the formula (KB-945) is used to give oral preparation and, when necessary, injection preparation. The dose is usually 1-5mg/kg daily. |
