<p>PURPOSE:To secure the accurate counting of the silence parts at all times by blocking the signals sent from the silence detection circuit when the temporary pause mode is given. CONSTITUTION:Silence detection circuit 1 detects the silence parts of the magnetic tape, and these detected silence parts are counted by counter circuit 2. Then a comparison is given between the desired music number memorized in memory circuit 3 and the count number of circuit 2. And when the coincidence is obtained, the desired music number is reproduced, and other music numbers are set under the high-speed reproduction mode. In such way, the automatic music selector device is formed. Now if the temporary pause mode is secured under the reproduction or the high-speed reproduction, FF10d is reset during the operation time by retrigger mono-multi 10c featuring the longer operation time. Accordingly, no count pulse is generated from circuit 1. Thus the miscount due to the temporary pause mode can be prevented, and thus the silence parts can always be counted accurately.</p> |
