PURPOSE:To make measurement of the inside face of a small-diameter tube by irradiating gamma rays to a target to generate X rays and detecting diffraction X rays from the irradiation point and changing the incident angle of X rays in a nuclear plant, etc. CONSTITUTION:Small-size X ray generator 11 where film cassette 4 is fitted to the upper face is inserted into the tube of measured tube 10, and gamma rays are generated from radioisotope 12 and become incident X ray 6 through pinhole 14 and are irradiated to point O. Diffraction X ray 7 diffracted at point O exposes film 15, which is mounted on cassette 4, and records the X ray diffraction image at point O. Then, generator 11 and cassette 4 are fixed to camera holding jig 21, and the right end of holding jig 21 is connected to arm 22, and the lower end of arm 22 is turned around rotation center axis 8, and axis 8 is so arranged that axis 8 may pass through point O in the inside face. Consequently, the incident angle of the characteristic X ray can be changed. |
