<p>PURPOSE:To increase driving comfortability without reducing steering stability, by bringing down the height of bead filler than the conventional height and also by monocock moulding of rubber stock which has simillar quality with bead filler, auxilliary rubber stock and etc., maintaining fixed position of each component. CONSTITUTION:Fold back mono-layer carcass ply 105, consisted of fiber cord, crossing at nearly right angle against the equatorial surface of tyre Y-Y, at circumference of bead wire layer 107. Then extend folding back part 105A toward side-wall-part 102 and envelope bead filler 109A and tightly stick it to main body of carcass ply. Moreover, at outside of folding back part 105A, arrange rubber stock 109B which has same quality with bead filler 109A, and make its outer periphery arrange at neighbouring position of largest width of tyre. Furthermore, arrange auxilliary rubber stock 110 which has superior capacity of cushion, outside of rubber stock 109B to avoid hard rubber stock 109B contacting directly with rim flange 111A of rim 111.</p> |
