PURPOSE:To obtain perfect bonding at the fused part of a resin synthetic body and with a mat body and make the shape of the deposition part smooth by using a cooling roller which is equipped woth a heating means at lower heating temperature than the deposition temperature of synthetic resin body and mat body and has circular shaping groove on the contact surface with the deposition part. CONSTITUTION:A cooling roller 7 is equipped with a heating means 6, and on the contact surface of the roller 7 with deposition part 5, shaping grooves 8 having the section in circular form are formed in peripheral direction. The heating means 6 is controlled at a temperautre lower than the deposition temperature of a synthetic resin frame 2 with a mat body 4 made of organic or inorganic fabric or nonwoven fabric. The electrode plate which is obtained by fusing the resin frame body 2 and the mat body 4 by means of the heating roller is sent to the cooling roller 7, but the deposition part 5 is not cooled sharply, and molten resin is drawn toward center by the shaping groove 8 of the cooling roller 7 and cooled gradually and forms a shape consistent with the shaping groove 8. Thus a smooth curved surface at the deposition part can be obtained. |
