PURPOSE:To prevent the stabilizing signal from coordinating with the machine input-out by making the difference signal between the machine input-output and the power signal obtained from the shaft torque of a synchronous machine into a stabilizing signal. CONSTITUTION:Current is supplied from external AC power supply 11 to strain gage circuit 14 and FM oscillator 15, which are fixed on turbine shaft 20 and rotate together, via rotary transformer 12 and rectifier 13. Strain gage circuit 14 detects the return of shaft 20 corresponding to the load and supplies it to antenna 16 via FM oscillator 15. The signal received by antenna 17 is outputted as machine input- output signal Pm via receiver 18 and calibrator 19; and the difference between machine input-output signal Pm and power P is fed to the automatic voltage adjuster as stabilizing signal via signal set circuit 1, phase compensation-gain compensation circuit 2 and limiter circuit 3. |
