PURPOSE:To increase reliability and reduce cost by making it possible to operate digital processing of the pulse modulated signal by using an oscillator which oscillate at the frequency of which one period is equal to the time of the minimum modulated pulse width to be obtained from the inverter device. CONSTITUTION:Modulated pulse generator 34 consists of square wave oscillator 341, decimal ring counter 342, which outputs 4-bit digital discrete values, latching circuit 343, which synchronizes and holds the output pulse from divider 23 at each rise time and outputs the discrete value it holds, and digital comparator 344, which digitally compares the output discrete value from ring counter 342 and the output discrete value from latching circuit 343, and outputs the pulse modulation signal. |
