PURPOSE:To manufacture an accurate-angle reflector at low cost by making a cut part extending to the center of a flat plate provided with a metal surface, by providing folding lines crossing at right angles starting from the cut edge part, and by bending the plate there by 90 deg. to obtain three surfaces crossing at right angles. CONSTITUTION:In square metal flat plate 1 made of aluminium, etc., cut part 3 is made extending to the center of plate 1 along one diagonal 1b. Next, folding lines 1a and 1b are provided along the diagonal and from here, folding edge 3a is fixed by welding to diagonal 1c accurately at an angle of 90 deg.. As a result, angles contained by three surfaces are accurate and equlateral-triangular projecting pieces 1d are coupled symmetrically back to back and axis 2 is fitted at the center between the both to obtain one reflector of high performance. Further, two surfaces form a two-blade windmill, which turns even by a gentle wind, providing non-directivity. |
