PURPOSE:To form approximate two dimentional curve concave and convex surfaces, by foaming flat opposite surfaces of molds proper and by laminating and adhering together different sized circular sheets concentrically in the direction of the flat surface. CONSTITUTION:Both opposite surfaces of two molds 2a and 2b, which are located facing and being opposite to each other, are formed in a flat surface, cylindrical members in different diameters 4a... and 4b... being laminated and secured together in the direction of the flat surface in such a manner as adheres and mates together the members concentrically to each other. Projection corners group 5a... and 5b... of the different sized members causes the formation of approximate spherical concave curve surface Sa and an approximate spherical convex curve surface Sb which are extremely approximate to a geometrical concave curve surface Sa' and convex curve surface Sb', respectively. A female mold 1a and a male mold 1b are constituted in the manner described above. When a raw material is filled into and foamed at a space provided between the approximate concave curve surface Sa and convex curve surface Sb which are positioned facing and being opposite to each other, a foaming pressure deforms elastically the projection corners 5a... and 5b.... This causes the surfaces to become more approximate to the geometrical concave and convex curve surfaces. |
