<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize detecting voltage by providing a coil bobbin outside high-voltage coil 2 and winding a part of low-voltage coil around the bobbin as the detecting coil. CONSTITUTION:Coil bobbin 25 is provided outside high-voltage coil 2 and a part of low-voltage coil 5 is wound around bobbin 25 as detecting coil 6, which reduces the connection with low-voltage coil 5, while increasing the influence of high-voltage 2. Because the voltage generating in high-voltage coil 2 is stable in relation to increase or decrease of beam current, even when resonance capacity 10 becomes 1/2, the output of detecting coil 6 is also stabilized. Accordingly, the above device allows to reduce fluctuation of detecting output and use this detecting voltage so as to prevent the generation of X-rays.</p> |
