The laterally displaced doors can be worked automatically by means of a motor driven endless chain and rollers moving on suspension rails. The arrangement is such that this does not hinder the manual opening of the door when one end panel is folded back on its adjacent intermediate panel. The door has four panels articulated together and suspended on rails on friction rollers while bottom shoes assure the correct running of the door bottom. Four separate units combine to operate the door automatically by reduction motor sprocket and chain and to provide closing stops and sensors.
