PURPOSE:To perform accurate adjustment and control with a simple constitution by letting the specified pulses be counted by counters, adding coarse and fine adjustment numbers and adjusting the timing for generation of a resist roll start signal. CONSTITUTION:The pulses of a long period synchronized to a photosensitive drum from a pulse source PSG1 are applied to the counters CUT1, CUT2 which are started by way of a resist signal generator RSG according to the detection of the leading end of the original. On the other hand, the pulses of a short period from a pulse source PSG2 are counted in counters CUT1, CUT3. When the count value of the counter CUT2 reaches the set value of a numerical value setting circuit NSG for fine and coarse adjustment, the counting of the counter CUT3 is stopped by a comparator COM1. When the set value of the numerical value setting value NSF for fine and coarse adjustment and the added value of the counters CUT coincide, a resist roll start signal is generated from the comparator COM2. Hence, the need for any timer or the like corresponding to the revolution errors of the motor is eliminated. |
