PURPOSE:To make the insertion of the endscope rapid and sure by curving its insertion part. CONSTITUTION:The inside tube 6 which is curved in one direction proximately to the curved shape of the body cavity from the cavity of the mouth of the human body up to the inside of the trachea at the overall length of the outside tube 5 of the hard insertion part 4 to be connected to a gripping part 3 and contains an observation optical system 7 consisting of an objective lens 10, eyepiece 12 and optical fiber bundle 8 as well as the optical fiber bundle 14 of a lighting optical system 13 are closely inserted. If with this arrangement the insertion part 4 is inserted along the curve from the cavity of the mouth up to the trachea by gripping the handle 15 and gripping part 3 by the fingers and palm and making use of the snap of the wrist from the position behind the patient after the insertion of the trachea guide tube 1 into the insertion part 4 until a collar 20 abuts against a stopper 17, then it is smoothly and radidly inserted. |
