The integrated circuit has a bucket brigade circuit and a clock generator. The latter consists of an integrated-injection-logic ring oscillator tuned via the injection current of one stage and producing the clock signals for the bucket brigade circuit forming a resonant circuit in the receiver. The bucket brigade circuit is therefore also tunable. A current amplifier and a level transformer are located between the output of the ring oscillator and the clock input of the bucket brigade circuit. Two exclusive-OR gates driven by the level transformer produce two mutually inverted clock pulse sequences for clocking the bucket brigade circuit. The circuit can be used in receivers other than for radio.
