Electronic component feed mechanism to buffer store - has tilting receptacle support discharging into buffer container

The feed mechanism delivers small components such as electric lamp lead-in wires, electronic components etc, stored in random quantities in hoppers, into a buffer store, from which they are extracted for further processing. It has a support tilting through roughly 90 deg., and accommodating one or more tubular containers when in the horizontal position. When tilted, it discharges the container's into a buffer container. Its tilt axis is offset from the bottom of the hopper towards its open end. In the support bore are preferably mounted O-rings holding the tubular container, the bore having a centering aperture. The support may be coupled to a stripping motor shaft, and may be fitted with a sheet metal baffle for empty containers.
