<p>The equipment transmits track information to a vehicle such as a tram, trolleybus etc., from a stationary emitter via a receiver on the vehicle to a processing unit, the vehicle travelling in a predetermined direction. Behind the receiver on the vehicle in the travel direction is an additional receiver. The data received by both receivers from the emitter is passed by a monitoring circuit to the processing unit when data received by them is identical. A speedometer for the vehicle works on the time interval between reception of the data by the two receivers.</p> |
