发明名称 ARRIER WAVE REGENERATING CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce effectively the occurrence ratio of the phase skip by detecting the phase difference for the two band pass filters at the two output points where the equivalent noise band widths differ to each other and then varying the phase for the output having the larger equivalent noise band width. CONSTITUTION:In the circuit which regenerates the carrier from the N-phase PSK signal, the circuit network comprising frequency converters 15 and 16, phase detector 17, voltage control oscillator 18, band pass filters 21 and 22, phase detector 23 and phase shifter 24 each is installed between N-multiplier 11 and 1/N-divider 13. And the band width of filter 22 is set smaller than that of filter 21, and thus the equivalent noise band width of the output emerging at point (a) becomes larger than that emerging at point (b). And the cycle skip occurrence rate at point (b) can be ignored to point (a), and accordingly the skipped phase can be known through detector 23. Then this phase component is reset to the original one via shifter 24, thus avoiding the effect due to the skip.
