<p>PURPOSE:To make alignment automatically capable of the plate material without a use of human assistance, by providing two lines of guide walls and a throw-down mechanism for every set of convex and concave portion. CONSTITUTION:A supplied plate material is thrown into every unit hopper 41-44 of a hopper 2. The thrown-in plate material passes through between wall plates 33-40 and drops down. The dropped-down plate material is transferred by a conveyer 5, passing under outlet ports 45-48, and led to between guide walls 17- 24. Subsequently, the plate material, when passing through a bar 30 in a parallel part 19, is brought down by the bar 30, with its longitudinal shape aligned to the transfer direction, Then during the time from passing a convex part 25, concave part 27, convex part 26, concave part 28 to reaching a parallel part 29, all of the plate materials, no matter what condition it may hold, can be placed on the transfer surface of a conveyer 5 independently or in a manner of overlapping on each other.</p> |
