PURPOSE:To even foaming density of a filler and facilitate workability by locating an injection nozzle tip end in the central position of a construction panel space and injecting a liquid mixture of a filler raw solution and a foaming accelerator from plural jet holes formed in the peripheral surface of the tip end into the space. CONSTITUTION:The tip end of an injection nozzle 12 is located in the substantially central position of a construction panel space, and a liquid mixture of a filler raw solution and a forming accelerator is injected from plural jet holes 12a formed in the peripheral surface of the tip end portion into the space. For example, an injection nozzle 12 is inserted into a space A of a shutter panel 1 from an injection hole 11, and the tip end of the nozzle 12 is located in the substantially central position of the space A. A filler raw solution such as hard urethane resin is mixed with a foaming accelerator on its way through the nozzle 12, and the mixture is injected from jet holes 12a into the space A while dispersed perpendicularly to the insert direction of the nozzle 12. By this, uneven foaming of the filler is prevented, foaming density is made uniform, need to adjust the nozzle tip end position is eliminated, and work is facilitated. |
