PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability for the storing action of the fixed analog information by constituting the feedback route of the memory output signal via the analog-analog converter and the automatic gain control circuit and then repeating the circulation for the memory output signal. CONSTITUTION:The written analog information is read out in the fixed repeating cycle, and at the same time the analog information read out is fed back to memory input part 3A for circulation. While the analog information read out of volatile memory 1A storing the analog information is standardized with a fixed width to obtain the staircase-type output via analog-analog converter 5. Then automatic gain control circuit 7 is installled in the feedback route to change the output level of converter 5 into the prescribed level. As a result, the highly reliable storing action can be realized for the fixed analog information.
