PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of a device and to reduce the cost by arranging the reflection body of a laser beam in the main body of a bender and providing the adjusting mechanism of the reflection angle of the laser beam on the main body. CONSTITUTION:A bender main body 21 is arranged by abutting a holder 28 to a bend block 22 via a 45 deg. inclined face 22c. A flange part 34 is integrally formed on a cylindrical fitting member 33 and fixed to the bottom face 22b of the bend block 22. The main body 21 is then supported by a fitting base body 36 with the center point P of a spherical bearing 37 as the turning center. The adjustment of the reflection angle of a bender is executed via the spiral advance and retreat of the adjusting screw 41 arranged on the flange part 34. The angle adjustment of the bender is facilitated because the angle of the mirror 29 of the main body 21 inside can simply be executed by the fine adjustment of the screw 41 and spherical bearing 37 only. The cost of the device is reduced because the circular arcuated precise forming of the fitting base of the mirror 29 is made unnecessary. |
