The arrangement according to the invention concerns a water seal which facilitates the connection between the inward and outward waste pipes 9 and 10, respectively, regardless of whether there are large variations in the relationship between the inward and outward waste pipes. The water seal in this case functions as a spacer element which can span the said variations between the inward and outward sections of the waste pipe. The water seal is designed so that it can rotate in relation to a waste pipe 9 or 10 or in relation to a connection arrangement 11 or 12 leading to a waste pipe. Partition walls 5 and/or 6 in the water seal, for delimiting a chamber 23 for the required closing depth, has a curved extent or a partially curved extent. In this way the water seal, in a rotated position for compensation of deviations between intended positions between inward and outward waste pipes, can at all times have a required internal resistance in order to satisfy the requirements in respect of closing depth. <IMAGE> |
