<p>There is a cradle (10) pivoted between supports (12), (14) of a mounting (7) on the bogie headstock. There are two pivots (11), (13) with pegs (18) on which swivel coupling rods (19), in turn pivoted to a torsion bar (21) on the bogie headstock (17), running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (23). The ends (20) are cranked in opposite directions to a desired angle, according to the preconstraint required. The torsion bar is fixed rigidly to the bogie headstock. On the end of the bogie headstock are the force applying ends of arms (18) fixed to the cradle, the arms being in the form of plates.</p> |
