PURPOSE:To prevent the unexpected rotation of a motor when the power source of a speed controller is turned ON by adding a speed offset for setting the timing change of a torque command to zero to a speed detection signal. CONSTITUTION:When a control power source is turned ON, a switch 7 is changed to its '0' side to forcibly set an input to a speed controller 3 to '0'. In this case, since a motor is not rotated at this time point, a speed detection signal omegam is also '0'. Then, the output omegam of a D/A converter 53 is set to '0', and the variation amount of a torque command T' during its period of time is stored. Then, omegam is set to another value, and the variation amount of the T' is similarly stored. Then, the omegam for equalizing the variation amount of the previous time to that of this time is searched. Then, the switch 7 is returned to a speed command value omegam' side. Thus, it can prevent the motor from rotating in an unexpected direction at an unexpected speed. |
