PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, and also, to raise the analysis accuracy and the reliability by providing a pair of liquid level detection use electrodes on each partial dispensing nozzle, and detecting a liquid level of a liquid to be sucked in a liquid sucking position. CONSTITUTION:A syringe head 9 is positioned in a nozzle installing position A, and thereafter, allowed to descend, the tip of a nozzle receiver 13 is inserted into a base part 3a of a partial dispensing nozzle 3 and fitted and held, and also, in its fitting part, electrically conductive bodies 14a, 14b provided on the outside periphery of the nozzle receiver 13 and conductive bodies 4a, 4b of the partial injecting nozzle 3 are allowed to come into contact with each other. Subsequently, the syringe head 9 is allowed to ascend, and thereafter, positioned in a sample sucking position and allowed to descend. The intrusion quantity into a sample liquid in a sample container of the partial injecting nozzle 3 by this descent is set to a prescribed suction quantity after a liquid level of the sample is detected by a tip part 3b of the partial injecting nozzle 3 by a liquid level detecting circuit. |
