PURPOSE:To enhance an evaporating function for multiple use without using a conventional type gas-liquid separating apparatus by a mechanism wherein a part of a heating barrel tube is formed to an enlarged barrel portion and a heating medium introducing portion, a collected liquid effluent opening, an inner barrel or the like are arranged at a predetermined manner to the above described barrel portion to constitute a cyclone portion. CONSTITUTION:To a middle portion or a lower portion of a heating can barrel 3 arranged with many heat conductive pipes 2 by an upper tube sheet 10 and a lower tube sheet 10', an enlarged barrel portion 13 with enlarged volume is provided through a conical wall portion 13' and an inner barrel 14 forming an inflow port 12 introducing a heating steam tangentially and a double barrel portion is provided to a barrel portion 13 to form a cyclone and a separated collected liquid effluent port 16 is provided. The inner barrel is communicated with the interior of a can barrel at the above of an inflow port 12 and a can barrel 3 may be constituted of two divided parts. A concentrated liquid collecting portion 5 is formed at the below of a tube sheet 10 and connected to a heating medium inflow portion of a next stage of a heating barrel can 3 and according to necessity, the above described effluent port 16 is connected to an upper liquid distributing portion 1 or a liquid inflow portion of a next stage of a heating pipe. Thereby, an apparatus is compacted and pressure loss by a demister or the like is eliminated. |
