发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR FLOW RATE OF HEAT MEDIUM PARTICLES IN HEAT MEDIUM CIRCULATION FLUIDIZED LAYER UNIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform safe and efficient fluidized layer operation through controlling flow or circulation rate of heat medium particles by a process wherein control- purpose gas is jetted from nozzles provided at the lower portion of pipes that connect the reaction tower and reheat tower, both of which constituting a heat medium circulation fluidized layer unit. CONSTITUTION:A heat medium circulation fluidized bed layer unit includes the reaction tower 1, reheat tower 2, and connecting pipes 12, 13. A required reaction occurs in the reaction tower 1 and calory needed for reaction is supplied by heat transmission through circulating heat medium particles such as coke delivered from the reheat tower 2. At the lower part of each connecting pipes 12, 13, nozzles 14, 15 are provided to jet not control-purpose gas. The gas outlets of these nozzles are adjusted to be positioned in a specified range centering around the lower end of the center axis line of the connecting pipes 12, 13. In order to control the flow rate of heat medium particles, the flow rate of control-purpose gas jetted from the nozzles 14, 15 is regulated in the range of 1-10 times the speed at which heat medium particles start to fluidize.
