<p>The solid lattice work can be built to any size using alternate modular units of a different type, one unit being flexible, the other relatively rigid. The flexible unit has a hollow circular central part (1) with top and bottom straight projecting wings (2, 3) and mushroom shaped side wings (4, 5). The relatively rigid unit connects adjacent flexible units by providing sockets for the mushroom heads in the form of back to back pincers which grip the head tightly. Flexibility in the assembly coming from the distortion of the flexible unit.</p> |
