PURPOSE:To manufacture the product having a uniform forging structure with a high yield, by rotating around the axis center in clamp direction at the process of sending the material in plural pairs of metal mold successively and carrying out forging formation changing its position suitably. CONSTITUTION:Material is put between by the grasping claws 5-8 equipped on the feed bar 1 moving in three dimensional direction by operating the press apparatus and transfer feed apparatus and rough processing, rough finish processing and finish processing, are carried out lifting and sending successively. The bar 1 and the rack shaft 12 linking with the bar 1, are moved relatively at the lever ratio of the link 16 at the above successive sending and the claw holding axis 10, the grasping claw 7 and the material, are rotated corresponding to the above movement. Processing of the upper and lower faces of the material processed by the former metal mold 2, is carried out and continuously, processing of the side face of the material is able to carry out by the latter metal mold 2 and also, forging processing controlled burr generation impeding the yield, is able to carry out. |
