PURPOSE:To restrain effectively generation of noise by composing insulating film layer, containing numerous numbers of conductive particles, in rotor electrode and side-fixed electrode or at least, one of them or even in sparking discharge section of one of these electrodes. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of rotor electrode or side-fixed electrode, compose insulating film layer (Si, SiO2, silicon group oil, etc.) 12 containing numerous quantity of conductive particles (powder of brass, alminium, etc.) 13. As only sparking discharge face affects on discharge, it is enough to provide insulating film layer only on discharging surface of rotor electrode or of side fixed electrode. |
