PURPOSE:To restrain effectively noise generation by forming rotor electrode and fixed electrode or, at least one of these electrodes or even sparking discharge section of one of these electrodes, from stuff which is made from conductor impregnated with liquid insulating substance. CONSTITUTION:Make sparking discharge section of rotor electrode or fixed electrode from porous metal layer (for example, by sintering of copper power in high temperature) 12, impregnated each hole with liquid insulating material 13 (silicon group oil or grease, etc.). Instead of porous metal, it is also available to use ferrite. Moreover, it is enough to apply this substance only to discharging face because this part only affect on electric discharge. |
