PURPOSE:To achieve the compactness, simplification, and light weight of cutting machines such as thread cutting a grooving ones by constituting motors as a part of the work machine main body and directly making worked elements penetrate into the motors. CONSTITUTION:The stator 3 and the rotor 5 are concentrically arranged in the motor housing 1 which has the handle 1a. The housing 1 has the axial center bore 53. Consequently, the center holes of the stator 3 and the rotor 5 extend concentrically with each bore 53. The chucking device main body 33 which holds the pipe 100 adheres to the tip of the inner cylinder 9. The long holes 63 which correspond to the number of tools 75 such as chasers are formed on the surface of the tool retaining hollow cylindrical body 61 which is provided in the front of the mounting housing 35 and the tools 75 are retained by skroll type tool holders. As a result, cutting machines such as thread cutting and grooving ones can be compacted, simplified, and made light. |
