<p>A polyblend is disclosed which comprises 20%-90% by weight of at least one rigid plastic, about 10-60% by weight of an emulsion polymer of an acrylate which has been over-polymerized with a vinyl chloride suspension polymer, about 1-30% by weight of an interpolymer containing a suspension polymer of polyvinyl chloride over-polymerized with a methacrylate containing component, and from about 0-30% by weight polyvinyl chloride. If desired, up to about 10% of a conventional flame retardant can be included to confer flame retardancy on the polyblend. The polyblend has good impact resistance, as well as good rigidity, hardness, and tensile strength.</p> |
