The arrangement is intended for feeding pulverised material from a non-pressurised into a pressurised space (1) e.g. in a reactor. It comprises a duct (5) with pressure cylinder (6) and a lateral inlet duct (2). The cylinder contains a pressure plunger (7) and in the opening of the duct (5) towards the chamber (1) an element (8) is provided which creates a resistance and contains passages (9) diverging towards the chamber (1). The duct itself may also diverge towards the chamber. The element may be a perforated plate. The passages may have a venturi contour. The element may be a converging element arranged immediately upstream of a valve gate. |
