PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of managing work of filling location and to save man-hours with automation, by directly inputting the bar code label sticked on the bomb to POS unit with scanning by light pen reader. CONSTITUTION:The bar code label 2 is scanned with the light pen reader 3, the bar code information is read in and stored in the POS unit 5 and displayed on the display unit 4. Further, the unit 5 judges the validity of the bomb 1, and the effective bombs are weighed with the scale 6 automatically and the remaining quantity of LPG is calculated with the measurement and stored. The bomb finished for the confirmation of remaining quantity is filled in with the filling machine 7. The scale of the filling machine 7 is set to the vessel total weight obtained from the label 2 and filling is stopped with the automatic filling stop when it reaches the set value. When the filling of the bomb is finished, the unit 5 automatically prints to form the filling log and sales slip and issue them. Further, when daily filling work is finished, the unit 5 issues the managing slip with the details of filling for all the customers. |
