Water removing compn. for solid surface of metal, ceramic or plastics was described. The compn. was composed of (1)one group selected from amine having oxyalkylene group, and a org. salt from amine and I(R1COOH, HOOCR2COOH, R1SO3H, R1OSO3 H, R1CPO3H or (R1O)2PO2H; R1 = C1-20 alkyl, C7-26 alkylphenyl; R2 = C1-10 alkylene), ammonium salt having ozyalkylene, (2) one of amine-substituted dialkylsulfosuccinate(R3, R4 and R5 are same or not, C1-20 alkyl), polyoxyalkylene, (3) in halogenated hydrocarbon solvent.
