PURPOSE:To ensure high power and small size, by fixing the flat plate type resistor using ground plate, in the isolator providing ferrite core between soft magnetic substance and permanent magnet and using flat type resistor. CONSTITUTION:The ground plate 10 is closely placed on the soft magnetic substance 18, and the shield plate 11 containing one or more ferrite cores 12 and center conductors 13 is placed closely near the center of the upper part of the ground plate 10 and the permanent magnet 9 is closely placed at the upper part of the ferrite core 12 via the shield plate 11. Further, the high power flat type resistor 22 is used as the dummy load, and the side of opposition not being the film surface of dummy is closely placed on the soft magnetic substance 8 and the flat type resistor 22 is fixed by using the ground plate 10. |
