<p>Thermoplastic film containers with an outer (e.g. decorative) strip of paper, thin cardboard, or folding cardboard, are produced by deep draw moulding, the strips being laid in the set of mould cavities and bonded to the containers during the drawing operation. The strips are assembled, folded, stacked in a magazine, removed by a device, and transferred into the cavities automatically. No problems of unwinding/cutting reels of strip, simple and reliable process, minimal change over time to other strips.</p> |
