PURPOSE:To easily obtain the scheduled pulse output, by using the Josephson junction line in which Josephson junction is formed with the insertion of the tunnel ring non-super conduction layer between the two stripe shape superconductors. CONSTITUTION:The stripe superconductor layer 2 is formed on the insulation board 1 and the insulation layer 4 having the window of stripe shape is formed on it. The tunnel ring non-superconductor layer 5 of stripe shape is formed in the window so that it contacts the layer 2. At the position corresponding to the layer 2 on the layer 4, the stripe shape conductor layer 6 is formed so that it is in contact with the layer 5 through the window of the layer 4. The parameter of the Josephson junction 7 in stripe shape is represented as g(hd/2eJc<epsilon>). Where g is the equivalent conductance per unit area of the Josephson junction, b is Plank constant, d is lambdaL invasion depth, e is charge of an electron, and J is maximum Josephson current sensity. |
