PURPOSE:To make it possible to read accurately signal charge even if the signal charge quantity stored in a signal charge storing capacity is enlarged, by providing an auxiliary control pulse generation source in a control line and supplying auxiliary controlling pulses after control pulses cannot by obtained. CONSTITUTION:Auxiliary controlling pulse generation source 22 is provided in control line 4, where controlling pulse phiW is supplied from controlling pulse generation circuit 9, through capacity 23. Controlling pulse phiW from controlling pulse generation source 9 is supplied to this auxiliary controlling pulse generation source 22 through delay circuit 24, and auxiliary controlling pulse phiC is led out after controlling pulse phiW cannot be obtained. Thus, the signal charge quantity stored in a signal charge storing capacity can be enlarged, and signal charge stored in capacity 6 can be read out accurately. |
