PURPOSE:To make broad the effective frequency band of the speaker oscillating plate, by forming the metal such as copper foil on one sheet of film in cone shape and increasing the concentrated stiffness of the cone. CONSTITUTION:The film having uniform thickness forming the cone main body 1 is constituted with the material 30 to 100mu thick, such as polyester and polycarbonate, the metal 2 is copper foil, for example, and it is formed with required pattern at the position where the concentrated stiffness on the cone 1 can be increased. On the film 1, to form the copper foil 2, two layered film is formed with the film 1 and the copper plate and ink is printed on a given part at the copper plate surface. The composite film with printed is chemically treated to remove the copper plates other than the printed part. The cone material thus formed is molded into the cone shape. |
