PURPOSE:To enable small size, low cost and the durability against high power, by placing the shield plate enclosing the ground plate and ferrite core and the permanent magnet having grater external size than the ferrite core closingly on the soft magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The ground plate 10 is placed on the soft magnetic substance 8. Further, the shield plate 11 containing one or more ferrite cores 12 and center conductors 13 is located near the center of the upper part of the ground plate 10. Then, the permanent magnet 9 having greater external size than that of the ferrite core 12 is closingly placed on the upper part of the ferrite core 12, via the shield plate 11. Further, the case 14 is covered as required. |
