Through flow water heater for automatic coffee machine - with single extruded profile defining water flow tubes and tube containing heating resistance

The water heater for an automatic coffee machine has two tubes (2, 3) one used for the water supply and the other surrounding the heating resistance (4), which is embedded in an insulating mass. These two tubes (2, 3) together with a third tube (5) providing an extension of the water supply tube (2) are all formed as a single extruded profile (1). A curved connection tube (6) is used to coupled one end of the water supply tube (2) with the extension tube (5), with the tube (3) containing the heating resistance (4) positioned between them. Pref. the axes of all three tubes (2, 3, 5) lie in the same plane and adjacent tubes are joined together by a solid connection bridge (7).
