PURPOSE:The title resin having improved solvent, heat, and abrasion resistance, adhesion, compotibility with other resins, and wetherability, crosslinkable as an adhesive, coating material, and additive for other resins, prepared by modifying a tackifier resin with a specific silane. CONSTITUTION:(B) 0.1-80wt.% of a silane, e.g. vinyltrimethoxy- or vinyltriethoxysilane, having a group with an olefinically unsaturated bond or a hydrolyzable organic group is grafted onto (A) a tackifier resin, preferably a polymerization hydrocarbon resin. A silanol condensation catalyst is incorporated, if necessary, to crosslink the molded article. |
