<p>DRIVE HEAD A drive head for an orbital sander comprising a cylindrical housing having a concentric chuck at one end for attachment to a driving spindle of an orbital drive; a cylindrical opening in the other end of said housing, said opening having its longitudinal axis eccentrically offset with respect to said chuck; a driven spindle rotatably mounted in the cylindrical opening of said housing whereby said driven spindle is eccentrically positioned with respect to the drive spindle; a collar on the end of said housing adjacent the cylindrical opening and a counterweigh adjustably secured to said collar and mounted thereon opposite to the eccentrically positioned spindle.</p> |
