PURPOSE:To improve test effect and diagnostic resolution by constituting a logic unit whose function tests can be carried out in physically-replaceable basic constitutions. CONSTITUTION:Signal value ''1'' is set to input terminal 1114, test data from input terminal 1113 are shifted in insertion circuits 1130-1132 according to clocks to input terminal 1115, and logical operation is performed in basic constitution unit 11 by signal lines 1160-1162. Although results are outputted to signal lines 1143- 1144, signal value ''0'' is set to input terminal 1114 and in accordance with clocks, signal values of signal lines 1143 and 1144 are inputted to insertion circuits 1133 and 1134. Then, signal value ''1'' is set to input terminal 114 again, clocks are supplied to input terminal 1115, and signal values inputted to insertion circuits 1133 and 1134 are shifted out through output terminal 1122, so that the logic function of basic constitution unit 11 will be confirmed. |
