PURPOSE:To accurately partially fill specimen liquid in infinitesimal amount used for an automatic chemical analyzer or the like by exhausting a cylinder in predetermined amount when partially filling the specimen to a partially filling tube and then starting partially filling the specimen. CONSTITUTION:A switching valve 4 is switched to a conduit 5 side and a cylinder 2 is intaken to thereby intake serum specimen from a paritally filling tube 1 to the conduit 5 side. Similarly, a switching valve 10 is switched to a conduit 12 side to intake liquid by a pump 8 to thereby intake the dropped liquid C in a container 9 into the cylinder 8. When, the intake operation is completed, the valve 10 is stopped to be switched to a conduit 7 side to thereby exhaust the cylinder 2 in the amount to be partially exhausted to thus exhaust serum specimen D in the conduit 5 from the tube 1 into a reaction container A. Then, the cylinder 8 is operated to exhaust the liquid C from the conduit 7 obliquely upwardly in the vicinity of the end of the tube 1 to thereby drop the residual serum specimen at the end of the tube 1 into the container A. Accordingly, it can accurately partially fill the specimen thereto. |
