<p>The support for a hammock is easily taken to pieces and is adjustable in length. It consists of two end structures each composed of a short oblique bar (1) and a longer oblique bar (2), joined at the top and by a cross bar (4), and a longitudinal bar (5) at the bottom of the longer bar strengthened by an oblique bar (7). The two structures are connected by a central beam (10) with a longitudinal reinforcement (11). The beam is joined to the longitudinal bars by four pegs (12) fitting into holes and with end plates to prevent them slipping transversely.</p> |
