The table has two parallel sleeves (2) joined by a tubular cross-piece (3) to which a fixed table top (5) support frame (4). Two tubular legs (6) have tops which slide in the sleeves and can be locked in any position in them. The bottom ends of each leg are joined to a tubular base at right angles to them. The lock for each leg consists of a rod (13) which slides in the crosspiece and which goes through the side of the sleeve facing the crosspiece. A support is mounted on the end of the rod and consists of a plate (14).
