PURPOSE:To prevent the background of a radiation monitor sampler from elevating upwardly due to metallic corrosion, decrease in radiation sensitivity and precipitate in a tank body by preventing the precipitate from occurring by agitating fluid to be measured in the lead-shielded tank body. CONSTITUTION:Fluid to be measured flowing through a tank body 1 via a circulation pump 6 is partly circulated through a loop tube 5 and the body 1, and agitated to thereby prevent the solid precipitate from occurring such as mud or the like in the body 1.
